It’s quite a unique time we’re living in. As we collectively wrestle with what this global pandemic means for us — as humans first, but also as professionals — there are often more questions than answers. There is no playbook for years like 2020. But instead of getting overwhelmed amid the changes, there’s also opportunity.
Location location location
It doesn’t really matter where you are in the world, we’re all in this together. But each country, and sometimes each region is different. If your clients are spread across the country, understanding the context of each region is particularly important. Be mindful in ignoring what’s going on and trying to sell. Question: Have I reviewed the work from X weeks ago to ensure it’s still appropriate?
Changing priorities

Now is the time to think about how to add greater value to your clients and be ‘helpful’ rather than a burden. Think of how you can make their lives easier. Can you use your bureau to help promote your clients businesses?
Question: How can I help my clients with their own businesses?
